Local pickup is available for those living within the city of Niagara Falls, NY. ZIP Codes: 14301, 14302, 14303, 14304 and 14305.

• At Checkout if it is available, you will be prompted to choose between having your order Shipped or Local Pickup. 
  
  
• After Selecting Local Pickup, pay for your order and you will be contacted when your order is Ready for Pickup.

Our designated Pickup location is within the city of Niagara Falls, New York. You will receive the full address after your order has been processed and the pickup time has been agreed upon.

Standard Processing Time is 1-2 Business Days and 2-3 Business Days during the busy Holiday Season.

• We do our best to process and fulfill Local Pickup orders within 24 hours.

• We process invoices in the order they are received, Local Orders do not take precedence over those being shipped.

• Once we arrange pickup, you have 48 hours to pick up your order. After 48 hours your order will be shipped to you once you have paid the Delivery Fee provided via invoice.
  
  
• Please be advised that failure to pickup your order during the allotted time, does not grant you a refund.

• Valid Government Issued Photo ID is REQUIRED! NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Accepted Forms of Id: Valid NYS Driver’s License, NYS Identification Card, NYS Benefit Card with photo, Passport Card or Book.
  
  
• All forms of photo ID must be current, Expired ID’s will not be accepted!

• The name on the order must match the name on the ID. No Exceptions!

When you arrive please have your ID out and ready, so we can expedite your pickup.

• Once we verify your identity, you will be given your pickup order.
  

For our safety, the purchaser is the only person authorized to pick up their order. No additional people, No Exceptions!

• You may not send someone else with your ID, while you are on FaceTime. You may not sit in the car and send someone else to the door.

If you placed multiple Local Pickup Orders, we will contact you about consolidating them for one pickup.

• You may only pickup orders that you selected for Local Pickup. You may not pickup orders that are scheduled for shipping.

Please be mindful when you select “Local Pickup” that our policy is non-negotiable.

• If you can not or do not intend to adhere to our policy rules, we kindly ask that you select the Shipping option.

• Local Pickup is an option we extend at our discretion. Things have run smoothly thus far and we would like to keep it that way. Thank You for respecting our policy.
